Question : Regarding your upcoming Sauron piece in collaboration with Jerry Vanderstelt, I was wondering if you could comment officially on whether it will fall into the Premium Format category (even if not officially 1/4 scale), or if it will in fact be one of the first (if not the first) baddie in the new maquette line? This is easily my most anticipated piece, and I know everyone is eager to know more!

Answer : It’s going to be BIG. It will be done in approximately 1:4 scale, true to the Premium Format line. If all goes according to plan, this will be a major centerpiece for the LOTR line, a very singularly impressive statement piece.

Bezweifle das der besser wird als der Weta Sauron.

Abwarten und Tee (oder Kaffee) trinken. Ich finde es ziemlich müßig sich jetzt schon darüber zu unterhalten - sollte der Sauron gut (und nicht zu teuer) werden würde er wohl ein Pflichtkauf für mich werden.

Hui an dem Sauron wär ich interessiert, wenn sie die Pose nicht versauen... Immerhin hat Weta ja bereits einen absolut geilen Sauron vorgelegt - die Messlatte liegt verdammt weit oben für diese PF...

1: 4 bei Sauron ? Dann wäre die PF fast 80cm hoch oder..

geil - ich will Bilder zu den Gerüchten sehen ... avanti avanti ... da muss doch schon jemand was im Netz dazu gehackt haben, oder nicht :)
