Jedoch wird dieser dann sicher wieder eine 1:5 Scale haben :( aber wer weiß.. abwarten, erstes Bild tauchte ja damals auf, nachdem ein SW Video.. oder wars auch nur ein Bild? ..gezeigt wurde

Q. HOW SOON WILL WE SEE A WONDER WOMAN PREMIUM FORMAT FIGURE, AND WILL IT BE THE CLASSIC COSTUME OR THE NEW 52 STYLE?

A. Wonder Woman is currently in sculpt, and is likely to see a big debut in late 2012. She’ll be wearing her classic costume for the first Premium Format, but may very well slip into her New 52 look in the future.

Q. I LOVE THE STAR WARS PREMIUM FORMAT FIGURES, AND HAVE ALMOST ALL OF THEM! I AM WONDERING IF IN 2013 WE CAN GET A SNOWTROOPER, LANDO, CHEWBACCA, OR THE DROIDS WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR?

A. Man, you’re right on track with us here. Three of the four you listed are on tap for reveals within 2012 – be sure to stay tuned for our “May the Fourth” celebration next week! We love delivering good news :)

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS FOR THE MOVIE STARGATE (1994)? ALSO, PLEASE REMAKE FIGURES OF BROTHERHOOD OF ARMS AND IN OTHER SCALES? THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!

A. We have a couple of In-Stock selections that you might be interested in below, but we’re sorry to say that Sideshow has no plans to return to active duty with military collectibles, nor Stargate movie products.

A. We’ve been positively blown away at the interest our collectors take in Ask Sideshow! While we love the opportunity to give insight, sometimes there are questions we can’t answer completely, some we can’t answer at all, and some that even if we answered to the best of our abilities, the answer might change in the future anyway based on a number of factors.

Making collectibles is a series of lengthy and involved processes, every one of which our team spends great consideration on; designing and engineering prototypes, various stages of working with licensors for accuracy and approvals, manufacturing, packaging design and so forth. Every step of the way we must be prepared to make decisions that ultimately affect the quality, integrity and affordability of the final product. Keep in mind, at any one time we are involved in this process with around 100 items in various formats.

For the time being we’ll be publishing two answers daily, and we will continue to explore ways to give collectors glimpses at what’s going on behind the scenes through Sideshow Experience. But as you can see there’s a lot of other priorities on our plate! After all, you want answers or you want collectibles?

Oh, and don’t call us Shirley!

Q. ARE WE GONNA SEE SOMEDAY A RUSSELL CROWE GLADIATOR PREMIUM FORMAT?

A. Gladiator was an excellent film, and that is a project we would LOVE to do. If Russell were on board, we most certainly would be too.

Hätte mal eine kurze Frage in die Runde..... Ich habe vor kurzem gehört, dass es eine neue Sideshow Darth Vader PF geben soll, die auf der diesjährigen Comic Con präsentiert werden soll. Gibt es dazu iwelche News?
