Bringt nur nicht viel, da die Master eine Katastrophe sind. Das Color Grading wurde gegenüber den Reliance Mediaworks 4K Restaurierungen verschlechtert, dazu DNR und AI Nachschärfungen. Schuld ist hier Park Road, Peter Jackson's Restaurierungsfirma. Das ursprüngliche Color Grading wurde Noch von Skip Kimball professionell durchgeführt. 

In den USA am dem 30.04.2024, kommt auch als Steelbook.
