Oh Boy! We couldn't wait to tell you about this! Finally AMC has licensed the rights to Michonnes sword to be made. Michonne is a character on AMC's The Walking Dead show and if you have not seen the show, go watch it now. Michonne (pronounced Me-Shone), intimately referred to by fans as Samurai Girl, has proven to be one of the most lethal battle-hardened walker assassins on the hit AMC series and her main weapon is called a katana.

Michonne's katana sword has been replicated from the original prop design used by Michonne in the series. Featuring a 1045 high carbon steel blade this sword is not just a wallhanger. Full tang and battle ready, (But unsharpened) this replica of Michonne's sword is built for functionality. The handle is wrapped in white leather and authentic black rayskin. The metal furniture on the sword was replicated from the studio prop. The wood sheath is wrapped in brown leather with white leather overwrap and has a leather strap for carry.

This Michonne katana is officially licensed by AMC and comes with a certificate of authenticity and each sword is serial numbered. This is a limited edition sword with only 2,000 being produced.

Hab das schon vor einigen Tagen gesehen und heute den Entschluss gefasst,dass es sich bestimmt gut neben dem Katana von Babydoll macht.:D

Würde sich sehr geil in meiner Zombie Ecke machen..............mal überlegen........................:D

Nettes Teil ich freu mich schon,sieht qualitativ übrigens genauso gut aus wie das von Babydoll.

Anmerkung Mods:Der Hersteller ist Master Cutlery müsste man wenn möglich mal ändern im Threadtitel.

Ich habe eben die Info erhalten, dass das Katana nicht produziert wird. :(

vllt hört der eine oder andere noch was, ich hatte jedenfalls eben die mail von meinem großhändler deswegen im postfach.

Master Cutlery hat im April bei FB gepostet,dass die erste Version mit 2000er Auflage ausverkauft ist.:confused:

Jetzt kommt die "Signature Edition" mit "nur" 5000 Stück,einen nicht mal schönen Ständer,einer Fantasie Signatur und ist aus genauso 08/15 Stahl wie die "günstige" Version nur kostet die hier gleich mal 100€ mehr.:rolleyes:

Frage: das Katana ist ja jetzt in den USA raus.
Wenn ich mir da eins kaufe, bekomme ich hier Ärger mit dem Zoll? Waffengesetz, lange Klinge?
