Thank you to communicate us an address of removal where the delivery company can come to take the parcel. And don't hesitate to give us a maximum of information, opening and closing hours for example if it's a business address (store, company), a phone number.

It's necessary that it's an address where somebody is present to give the parcel to the delivery company (that can be a work's address, a store,…).
