In der Harrison Ford Sache tut sich auch was. Auf die Fotos vom Signing werden wir aber scheinbar noch was warten müssen.

Greetings Fans!

We wanted to update you all on the photos of items being signed by Mr. Harrison Ford from our last send-in with him.

First and foremost please do not contact us about the photos. This update is the only information anyone on our staff will have to give you all. We ask that you be patient.

Mr. Maki from Coolwaters Productions LLC has the sole personal task of sorting through thousands of photos taken the day of the signing. This is a tedious task because EVERY image must be looked at, cropped, color corrected if needed. He’s also looking for things such as “open eyes”, “expressions of Mr. Ford’s face and so on. Once all the images are gone through (and he is doing them in batches) they are sent to Mr. Ford for approval. Again this is a tedious task and it takes time. Mr. Ford is currently on the road promoting his new film and that takes priority.

As some fans have discovered and now all of you will know we actually have already started shipping back your signed items without the photos. Mr. Freistat from KLF Sorts felt it was far more important to fans to have their items back in their hands “safe and sound” rather than waiting for all the photos to be approved. It also makes it easier for our staff to have things back in the hands of fans so that we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Gang…. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to expedite this situation with the photos. We appreciate your business and patronage and ask that you be patient. Photos will be mailed separately to everyone once they are approved and completed.

Durch den Falken muss jetzt auch der Y-Wing her, mal sehen wann ich den finde. Aber Prio hat immer noch ein neuer AT-AT, das Podest für den steht ja schon bereit. Unglaublich wie gut der "in echt" wirkt, auf den Bildern die ich bisher gesehen hatte und im Star Wars Museum in Gladbach kam der mir gar nicht so gut vor, evtl weil er dort irgendwie verstaubt zwischen allen anderen Sachen stand und gar nicht richtig zur Geltung kam.

Zur Feier der Nachricht, dass die unterschriebenen Schilder von Ford bald bei mir eintreffen werden (ich freue mich einen Ast ab, aber hoffe sie kommen heile an und die Unterschrift ist einigermaßen schön und auf dem dafür vorgesehenen Feld gelandet

) habe ich mal meinen "Sammlung"-Post auf Seite 1 komplett überarbeitet.

Die Harrison Ford Schilder mussen jetzt nur noch über den Atlantischen Ozean und dann hab ich sie endlich. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr so aufgeregt, wie sehen sie aus, wie hat er das dafür vorgesehene Feld getroffen, war er motiviert, wurde was beschädigt, auch ob alles geklappt hat wie versprochen. Nächste Woche weiß ich es, hoffentlich bleibt es nicht wieder 1-2 Monate im Zoll liegen wie die letzten Blu-Rays die ich aus Canada bekommen hatte.

OT: Gestern hatte ich einen Workshop und hab einen kleinen Falken eingebaut
