die haben für die Umtauschaktion anscheinend ne eigene Mail Adresse
eingerichtet, die Armen, aber naja hätten sie die Disc halt
gescheit getestet bevor sie rausgeflogen ist hätten sie sich
sicherlich die Kosten gespart.

correspondence with us. Please include the URN in the subject field
of all your e-mails.
In order to receive a free replacement disc, we must first see some
form of proof of purchase.
For example: provide details of when/where you purchased the Boxed
set plus a scanned copy of your receipt or a retailer order
number.
If you are unable to provide this, we will require you to send the
faulty disc back to us using our FREEPOST service before we send
you the replacement disc.
In addition, in order to assist us with the root cause
investigation, please can you answer the following questions:
- Did the Godfather Part 2 BluRay disc work the first time you
played it? Yes/No
- Did the disc stop working after you playing it for a while?
Yes/No

EDIT: Da Amazon die Trilogie wieder im Sortiment hat werden die
sicherlich funktionierende Discs wieder enthalten. Das bedeutet
doch man könnte es dahin zurückschicken, irgendwie denk ich das
Amazon des besser und schneller machen wird als die. Mal schauen.
