Go and look on Amazon pages were you bought the disc,
I have already discuss that with Sony

The titles does not have BD logo on the picture
and product description only mentioning that it is played on On Blu-ray players,


If you got in a copy with BD logo its from our old stock that is on hands and I cant recall it.

Hello Alexander,

Amazon has changed the picture after I informed them about your illegal use of the Blu-ray Disc label.

But still they sell it as "Blu-ray". On the backside of the cover and printed on the disc the "Blu-ray Disc"-logo is still in use.

And of course you can recall the wrong labeled discs from Amazon. I don't think they won't agree with that.

What you're discussing with Sony is of no interest at all. You misused the BD-label and the Blu-ray Association will investigate that.

Your products never were and still aren't Blu-ray Discs. It doesn't matter, if they can be played on BD-Players. Ordinary CDs can be played on Blu-ray players as well, but nobody would claim them "Blu-ray".

You just have to face the fact, that you can't just label a product as you wish while not paying for the necessary licenses and, even worse, deliver a product that indeed is no Blu-ray disc at all.

Yes, you tried to deceive me and many other customers, which bought your products. I will proceed in trying to stop your unlawful business and of course I will continue to inform the Blu-ray Association about this matter.

I would be very happy if you could stop this company providing wrong labeled Discs. The reputation of the Blu-ray Disc logo, especially in the Audio-Only market, gets damaged a lot by such vendors.
