Mal wieder ne Frage an die Comic kenner.
Kevin Bacon spielt ja bekanntlich den Bösewicht des Films namens Sebastian Shaw, wer weis mehr über die Figur bezüglich der Comics. Was kann uns in etwas da erwarten?

ich dachte der soll mister sinister spielen...spielt er nun shaw ?
shaw ist der führer eines elitären clubs , des ''Hellfireclubs'' in dem auch emma frost ist als white queen...der club hat immer sehr zwielichtige ziele...
shaws kraft ist das er jegliche form von energie oder physischem schlag aufsaugen kann und in kraft umwandeln kann...dadurch wird er extrem stark und nahezu unverwundbar

filmmaker Matthew Vaughn on Kick-Ass, Layer Cake, Stardust, Mean Machine, Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels -- will reunite with the director on the now-filming X-Men: First Class.

Bleeding Cool reports that Flemyng announced that he'd been cast as Azazel in the prequel during an appearance at Movie-Con. The site claims Flemyng said his role is "going to involve heavy make-up and a CG tail."

In the Marvel comics, Azazel is the biological father of Nightcrawler, whom he conceived with Mystique. He led the Neyaphem, a demonic-looking mutant horde from biblical times who lost a holy war with the angelic Cheyarafim. The Neyaphem were then banished to another dimension.





LXG's Jason Flemyng will play Azazel.

Jason Flemyng is no stranger to either comic book movies or to roles requiring heavy makeup. He appeared in From Hell before his dual role as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. He recently portrayed Calibos in the remake of Clash of the Titans.

Bleeding Cool says Flemyng was going to play Beast in X-Men: The Last Stand before Vaughn dropped out of directing it.

finde ich richtig gut...azazel ist zwar recht unbekannt... aber so kommen wir an den ursprung von nightcrawler

Nicht nur Jason Flemyng ist neu dabei, sondern auch Rose Byrne (Sunshine, 28 Weeks later) als Dr. Moira MacTaggert. Die Figur war schon in X-Men: Der letzte Widerstand dabei, wurde damals aber von Olivia Williams gespielt.

Oliver Platt stösst auch zum Cast dazu :thumb:
