muß ich die bd zurückschicken??

Also sorry, aber so langsam kommt mir das doch sehr gediegen vor.
Ich bestell wirklich viel im Ausland, gerade auch bei Amazon.co.uk - und noch nie (!) war davon eine Disc kaputt. Ich habe aber hier bei einigen Personen den Eindruck, dass manchmal wegen irgendwelcher Kleinigkeiten oder nicht wirklich vorhandener Fehler eine Reklamation getätigt wird in der Hoffnung, am Ende zwei Exemplare zu haben. Sollte das bei dir nicht der Fall sein, tut es mir Leid.
Grundsätzlich bin ich aber der Meinung, wer im Ausland bestellt, sollte a) verstehen, was er macht und b) dann auch mit der Konsequenz leben, bei einem Problem die Sachen an den Absender zurückzuschicken und nicht irgendwelche Möglichkeiten suchen, das zu umgehen (Versandkosten, Rücksendendung stattdessen an Amazon.de).

Wollte das nur mal allgemein gesagt haben...

Dann liegt es aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach an Deinem Equipment oder an Dir.

Sorry, aber ich habe über 1000 Original- DVDs und ca. 200 Blu-rays.

Dass Verpackungen beschädigt werden kommt mal vor, aber eine defekte Disc hab ich noch nie erhalten und wenn mal eine Disc defekt sein sollte, was ein winzig geringer Prozentsatz sein wird, dann ist es schon mehr als seltsam, dass ausgerechnet Du schon wiederholt betroffen bist.

Möchte Dir hier ja keine schlechten Absichten unterstellen, aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit in so kurzer Zeit 2 defekte BDs von 2 unterschiedlichen Filmen zu bekommen, ist schwindend gering.


Btw. wäre es vielleicht auch mal ratsam sich ein wenig mit der englischen Sprache zu beschäftigen, wenn man im Ausland bestellt. Die Mails des Kundenservices sind alles andere als anspruchsvoll. ;)

Schon mal einen anderen Player probiert oder ein Update gemacht. Die Samsung sind ja bekannt das sie bei manchen Filmen Probleme machen.

Dann tu einfach das, was man tun muss: Schicke die Blu-ray zurück! Bockig mit den Füßen auf dem Boden strampeln hilft da auch nicht ;)

Weiter oben hat man dir aber sehr wohl (versucht) zu helfen. Denn erstmal geht man wirklich davon aus, das es an der Hardware liegt (kann unter Umständen sogar an einem "billigen" HDMI Kabel liegen).

Ansonsten kann natürlich auch eine Blu-ray mal nicht funktionieren. Nur weil man selbst X gekaufte Blu-rays hat die nicht defekt waren... Sorry, aber das ist keine Ausrede. Soll der Händler am Ende auch behaupten "Wir haben 100000 iPods verkauft, die waren doch alle in Ordnung, dann muss ihrer auch in Ordnung sein"? Also bitte... ;)

Sende sie zurück und gut ist :)
