After being held in a cave deep within the mountains for 500 years as punishment for angering the Gods, he was eventually freed from his imprisonment by a young child. Together, Sun Wukong and the child work together to save a village from evil monsters.

He's seen here clad in his signature armor and holding the Ruyi Jingu Bang staff. His crouched stance on a rocky base make him look as though he's ready to launch an attack worthy of his his legendary agility and skill at any second. Hand-finished painting and realistic metallic effects bring this beautiful 16.5 inch statue to life.
