It’s Singapore’s biggest Comic Con event again and XM is proud to
be the STGCC Platinum Sponsor (Do check out our cool XM themed Arch
entrance before you enter the convention!) This year, XM will be
showcasing a GINORMOUS number of new products line up which
includes one special particular GINORMOUS collectible! You just
have to see it in person to believe it!
So what can you expect at the XM booth? Many new products, some to
be seen for the first time at the convention! Lots of exciting
concepts and work-in-progress! Large crowds of passionate
collectors and statues enthusiasts!
And when there’s a crowd + limited edition collectibles, there’s
likely going to be a queue going, and the common fear (it’s real)
of your target collectibles being sold out before you get your
chance to order. To get the best chance of acquiring our products,
there are some MUST-DOs;
IMPORTANT! ONLY REGISTERED MEMBERS will be
able to make any orders at the event. All ordering counters will
feature a touch screen for members to
sign in and make
orders.
- If you have not yet signed up as a member, do so now at
/membership-registration.aspx.
- If you already have a member account, login at
/members/index.asp to update
your particulars before the event and make sure you remember your
password. Remember your password or you will be holding up the
queue. More importantly, your target collectibles may be sold out
if you waste precious moments retrieving your password. Verify if
you are PRESTIGE MEMBER or not (registered 4 or more statues first
hand – Transferred ownerships not counted)
There will be 2 queues; 1 for Prestige Members and 1 for Standard
Members. If you queue up at the Prestige Member queue but you are
not a Prestige Member, you may be sent to the back of the Standard
queue so please only queue at the Prestige Member queue if you are
truly a Prestige member. If you are not sure, login now and check
our systems.
All queues will lead to 3 ordering counters;
- Cash Payment
- Credit Card/Nets Payment
- Credit Card Payment
Plan ahead how much you are intending to spend and by which mode. A
XM guide will be at the queue to direct you to your intended
payment counter. If you are going to pay by multiple payment modes
(e.g. Nets and Cash top up) please indicate that to the XM guide
and you will be directed to the best counter.
Remember that Stocks are limited and it is expected that multiple
buyers are attempting to buy the same product at the same time (at
check out stage). Hence, it is possible to encounter stock not
available at the moment buyer clicks ‘purchase’ – this is not
system bug. In cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact
same moment, XM will issue a full refund.
List of Products available for Ordering at the Event
(Subject to changes) Some prices may be tweaked lower, never
higher.
Rules & Conditions – Please Read carefully as
non-compliance can result in your order being delayed or cancelled
with your deposit forfeited!
- Deposits or sold products are strictly NON REFUNDABLE NOR
TRANSFERABLE to another buyer or for another product. Original
buyer who paid for the deposit must collect the product in person
with valid proof of purchase (e.g. Receipt). XM Studios reserves
the right to withhold collection if Original Buyer is not present.
So be careful if you are asking your friends to queue for you… we
will only deal with the original buyer ultimately.
- Prestige Member price discount for any eligible product is valid
only for customers who are Prestige Members at the time of the PO
or deposit collection period for said product (not after). E.g.
Customers achieving Prestige Member status AFTER paying the PO
deposit for product A will still need to pay the full retail price
for product A when balance is due.
- Before buying, customer should check and confirm whether the XM
product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address.
No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be entertained. XM
reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping
address are not compliant to our licensed zones. If you are not
sure, just ask any available XM Guide. In general;
-- Marvel Products can only be shipped within SEA, CN &
HK
-- Star Wars Products can only be shipped within SEA
-- DC Products can only be shipped within SEA
-- Transformers Products can only be shipped within SEA, CN, HK, KR
and AU
-- Top Cow, Jade Dynasty, Takeya’s Ogre God can be shipped
Worldwide
-- Customers are expected to collect the products and pay any
balance remaining within 1 month upon notification of collection.
If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder will then be sent
to customers who are given another 2 weeks to collect the product.
Finally, a final notice will be sent and if customer still do not
collect nor reply after the final 2 weeks (total of 2 months from
date of collection notification), XM Studios will cancel the
purchase and forfeit the deposit as per our policy.
