Capcoms "Dead Rising"-Gamereihe wird verfilmt.
Crackle, ein Unternehmen von Sony Pictures Entertainment, hat die Verwertungsrechte vereinnahmt und kündigte die Umsetzung eines Spielfilms hierzu an.
Der Film spielt in einer post-apokalyptischen, die von Horden von Zombies bevölkert wird. Es könnte eine Verschwörung hinter dem Ausbruch der tödlichen Seuche stecken...
Lorenzo di Bonaventura ("G.I. Joe", "Transformers") wird als ausführender Produzent tätig.
