Phase 1 Focus
So wanted to fill everyone in on our Phase 1 focus for changes to PCS. In this phase will be 2 main focuses. Catching up/Cleaning up customer service and catching up on back refunds.
Customer service - our goal is to get to an average turn around time of 24-48 hrs (business hours) for a response. Now it will take us some time to get there as there is a backlog of customer service requests, but we are now working diligently to catch up.
Refunds - we had a mad push this week to catch up on outstanding refunds. I believe we have made it through 50% and hope to be completely caught up in the next two weeks if not next week. The holiday this week and 2 of our employees being out of office this week slowed it down some, but full speed ahead next week.
Finally, I will have something BIG for you next week. Also we are going to start releasing some Warehouse Gems that will be available to the Collectors Group first before we released them to the rest of the world. More to come Monday so stayed tuned."


Ich hab ja noch ken PCS piece, also kann mir mal bitte einer erklären was diese "Warehouse Gems" sind?

But, we want to allow people to start requesting orders now for older statues or pre-orders. So here are the rules and how to order (need your help by following the rules so we can answer quickly):
For Requesting If An Older Statue Is In Stock
1. Email: sales@pcstoy.com
2. Subject: Warehouse-"statue you want"
3. Body of the email: Name, address, phone number, PayPal email (nothing else please)
4. You will receive one of two emails from us within a week. Either an invoice to buy or email saying only "unavailable" to keep things simple.
Items On PreOrder
1. Email: sales@pcstoy.com
2. Subject: Preorder-"statue you want to preorder"
3. Body of the email: Name, address, phone number, PayPal email and whether you want to do pay in full or payment plan (if payment plan you will need to catch up on payments)
4. You will receive one of two emails from us within a week. Either an invoice to purchase pre-order or email saying only "waitlist" meaning you have been added to the waitlist to keep things simple.
Almost forgot. There are no Akumas available in 1:3 or 1:4. There are some Shin 1:3."


Man kann also nach alten Statues und Preorder anfragen, find ich gut....

Mal fragen ob es noch die 1/4 Akuma und Shin zum Kauf gibt ^^ Kostet ja nix ;D

Habe die noch, aber von denen kann man nicht genug haben ^^
