I did an offer on his Doom PF. He immediately accepted, luckily I saw a few of these negative comments.

I said then to him that I will pick it up next week. He immediately said NO:). Then I said to him that he has to stop cheating on people, he immediately stopped the auction. But I see that he put it on again.

Can't someone do something about this?

I don't think they are gonna do something about this. I bought 3 months ago the Alien 3 maquette from a German Ebay-user. A few days later I got an e-mail from a Spanish user that he got scammed by the same user.

I sent an e-mail to Ebay but they didn't do something about this...

The same German user sold a Pumpkinhead maquette to a Danish user for 1500€ but the Danish guy got a box full of paper...

So I am watching out better now when buying on Ebay

You should, I got scammed by a German user as well and only buy now from people that I know or that have a good reputation.
