wenn er eine frist gesetzt hat über ebay,dann zählt montag.

ich würde gerne mal das foto sehen, vielleicht kannst du ihn ja wegen täuschung rankriegen.

ach ne? aber er hat doch als zahlung paypal angegeben.somit gilt die frist...bis wann er es auf seinem paypal konto haben möchte.

Er hat den Artikel als nicht bezahlt bei Ebay gemeldet

Paypal hat eine Banklizenz in Europa

Paypal ist aber eher ein "Verwalter" für das Geld.
Und er kann ja notfalls auch über Paypal Käufer Schutz beantragen.
