Disney bringt eine FSK 16-18 Serie aus der Alien Welt bei Tochter FX ins Rollen. Anschaubar dann bei FX und zeitgleich bei Disney+ i/ Hulu m neuen Erwachsenenbereich namens Star (im Grunde nur eine gesonderte Kachel mit einem eigenen, passwortgeschützten Bereich wo alles ab FSK 16 landet, also auch Die Hard, Kingsman, und hunderte Sachen mehr. Der Service startet ohne Aufpreis als neuer Teil von Disney+ bereits am 23.02.2021.

Chef der Serie ist Noah Hawley, welcher bereits Fargo und Legion gemacht hat. Zweiter Chef ist Ridley Scott.

Warum nicht... Hätte mir aber irgendwie mehr gewünscht, z.B. die Storyline bzgl. der Besiedlung von LV426 (quasi die Vorstory zu Aliens) zu erzählen.

“It’s a really big world-building exercise,” said Landgraf. “Noah, with support from [original Alien director Ridley Scott’s production company] Scott Free, is certainly up to it. But you’re talking about designing and building sets and world-building is huge, so we’re well into it. We’re actually moving apace. You know, I have optimism, for example, that this show may well roll out in 2023. Probably will roll out in 2023, but we want to get it right.”

Da man sich zeitlich in den Kinofilmen durch die Menschheitsgeschichte bewegt, gibt es Stoff für Geschichten bis in die Unendlichkeit.... :)
Hoffentlich verkommt das Ganze nicht zum reinen Aliengeballer.

Dieses Jahr beginnen die Dreharbeiten. Die Serie spielt auf der Erde in etwa 70 Jahren an Bord eines Raumschiffs oder einer Station.
