The movie stars Chow Yun Fat and Aaron Kwok as a pair of gangsters in the counterfeiting business. The movie contains a homage to 1986’s A Better Tomorrow, which has Chow re-creating his iconic “burning a counterfeit bill” scene.

... the story sees Hong Kong police hunting a gang of exceptional currency counterfeiters. Through a gang member (Kwok) whom they extradite from Thailand, the police find themselves on the trail of the gang’s shadowy mastermind (Chow).
