Dear Customers, We have to inform you that due to quality control problems with the steelbook at hand we are unable to make delivery of “The Incredible Hulk” on the scheduled date in December 2015.
We are taking all the necessary measures and positive actions to bring back everything in the right shape as you would expect from a Novamedia Exclusive release; However, we are still of the opinion that the product launch will be delayed by at least 1 month and we expect you to have patience if possible.
We can assure you, however, that you will not be disappointed with the final product quality and the delay is worth it in our honest opinion. Please accept our apologies for this delay and thank you for your anticipated understanding.
The new preorder date is rescheduled for December 11th 2015 and the product release is scheduled for January 8th 2016.
