Zitat:
Liam Neeson Will Take on Terrorists in A Willing Patriot

In various stages of development for close to a decade, the dramatic thriller A Willing Patriot appears more likely than ever to finally make it to the big screen as The Hollywood Reporter today brings word that Academy Award nominee Liam Neeson (Schindler’s List, Taken) is in final talks to play the lead. Originally set up at Warner Bros. Pictures, A Willing Patriot is scripted by Jason Keller and revolves around an American federal agent who goes undercover in South America’s dangerous so-called tri-border area — where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet — in an attempt to dismantle a terrorist-funding network.
Land of Mine director Martin Zandvliet is attached to direct the film, which will be fully financed by Marc Butan’s MadRiver Pictures. Butan will produced alongside Keller, Guymon Casady and Darin Friedman of Film 360 and Gianni Nunnari of Hollywood Gang. Shannon Gaulding will oversee through the latter as well.
Neeson, who recently starred in Taken 3 and Run All Night, is currently filming Martin Scorsese’s next, the 17th century Jesuit priest drama Silence. He’s also slated to make appearances on the big screen this summer in both Entourage and Ted 2. Look for the former in theaters June 3 and the latter June 26.

Neeson gegen Terroristen?
Immer her damit! Setting klingt auch interessant, Südamerika hatten wir schon länger nicht mehr.
