Here is some news regarding Jason Statham. Jason Statham vs. pirates. According to TrackingBoard Chev Chelios will board a boat to eliminate some pissants before acquiring the lead target – a high value pirate.

“Jason Statham has signed on to star in HIGH VALUE TARGET. The high-intensity action/thriller follows an international squad of private military contractors who infiltrate a cargo ship overrun by pirates in order to capture and extract a seemingly impossible High-Value Target — the pirate warlord.”

The film will be produced by Nu Image/Millenium and be directed by Spencer Cohen, who also wrote the screenplay. Looks like we could be getting some flash backs to the opening scene of The Expendables (2010). Statham’s next movie by the way will be the upcoming comedy/thriller ‘Spy’.
Statham vs. pirates… could work, could work indeed.

Endlich mal wieder ein neuer Actionfilm mit Jason :D;)
Homefront, der ja auch von Millenium kam war klasse, und der Plot verspricht eine Menge Potential für handgemachte Action. Also her damit!

hab ich natürlich bewusst so formuliert... einige stören sich ja dran das er die immer gleiche Art Filme dreht. Ich finde es aber klasse das Statham konstant weiter oldschoolige kleine Actionfilme dreht, auch wenn die am BO nur mäßig erfolgreich sind. Immerhin einer der Fahne noch hochhält für gute handgemachte Actionfilme.

Ich sag mal so, auch wenn Jason immer dasselbe macht, das was er macht, macht er dagegen super, besser so als zu experimentieren und damit voll in die sche**e greifen
