Also ich hab mittlerweile die Direktdurchwahl Zu der guten Frau die bei Fedex für die Abrechnungen in meinem Lieferbezirk zuständig ist. Da ist es nur noch ein Anruf. Sie guckt gleich nach, schmeißt ihren Taschenrechner an und sagt mir gleich am Telefon den richtigen Wert der bezahlt werden muss. :D

Bei 7 artprints waren insgesamt 5 Rechnungen falsch. Aber mittlerweile weiß ich auch ganz gut das wenn ein Artprint kommt und die Rechnung über maximal 19€ liegt, ist definitiv was falsch. ;)

ist versendet und soll laut FEDEX am Donnerstag eintreffen, muß ich mich mit der falschen FEDEX Rechnung wieder rumschlagen, jedes Mal das gleiche :silly:

Ich hab meinen auch schon zuhause aber ohne Rahmen! Ist ein richtig klasse Print! Kannst dich auf was feines freuen!

Sagt mal weiß einer von euch zufällig ob die Aussage stimmt das Sideshow allen Käufern von artprints eine 15% Gutschrift auf alle gekauften artprints gewährt da die Unterschriften auf den artprints maschinell gefertigt wurden oder ist das nur ein Gerücht?

Hab leider keine Quelle dazu gefunden nur eine Diskussion auf Facebook.

Thank you for your email outlining your concerns about the premium art print you purchased. We apologize if the description of the artist signature on the print was not as clear as to what it was, and the process in which the prints are signed.

Our prints feature a mechanical reproduction of the artist signature in pencil. A specialized machine with an actual pencil scribes the print by mirroring the original signature the artist provided to us for these prints. The industry term for this process is 'penciled signature,' which is why our original description was 'Authorized penciled artist signature' on our product pages featuring the prints, as opposed to 'individually hand-signed artist signature', indicating each one was hand signed by the artist --which would have also resulted in a significantly higher retail price.

We have since updated the description and removed the 'industry term', in order to better describe the signature, so you may see updated descriptions now referencing 'digital signature' or 'mechanically scribed pencil signature' in order to more accurately describe the signature process and style for our collectors.

If you feel that the mechanically scribed pencil signature changes the nature or enjoyment of your Sideshow limited edition print collection and you wish to return them for a refund, please reply to this email with the order numbers for items you would like to return, and we will expedite a pre-paid label for the prints safe return to us.

Solltest auf jedenfall ne Mail schreiben und dich beschweren. Ich hab mir das eh schon gedacht das es keine echten Unterschriften sind sonst hätten die ja nicht "Authorized" geschrieben aber es stimmt schon das es etwas undeutlich Formuliert wurde.

Werd sie noch anschreiben ob die 15% auf den Kompletten KAufpreis (mit Fracht und Zoll) gerechnet wird oder nur auf den original Print Preis.

Terminator Genisys: The Future is Not Set

Zum neuen Terminator Film "Genisys" kommt dieser sehenswerte Art Print vom Künstler Dave Seeley, er ist auch ohne Rahmen direkt bei SideshowCollectible erwerblich, ich habe mich für die gerahmte Version entschieden, sieht nicht nur edel aus, es ist es auch! Dies ist eine Limited Edition von nur 300 Stück! Meine Nummer ist die 060 von 300.
Der Rahmen hat eine Größe von 78cm x 62cm (HxB) ist handnummeriert und hat eine digitale Künstler Unterschrift mit Siegel zur Authentizität. Der dazugehörige Terminator Life-Size Büste kommt leider erst nächstes Jahr auf dem Markt und ist auch schon vorbestellt.

Hab jetzt insgesamt 4560 RW Points von Sideshow bekommen wegen der unverständlichen Beschreibung :) Bin nun am überlegen ob ich die nicht in die Predator 2 Statue investiere ;)

Also ich warte noch auf eine Antwort. Momentan sind die custom Services bei den Firmen etwas langsam. :p
