That's most definitely a mistake by amazon.ca. I'm sure they wouldn't send it out if they recognized their mistake. Furthermore, the delivery policy for Germany changed so it's still very pricey with that additional cost and is most likely to end up in customs.

Yeah I also think they are mistakeing but they did have the same issue with alot of Critterion releases for 1 week ago, some they did cancel for others was sent out. I got my order, so I did take a chance.
